A Space for Change, Not Just Coping

Therapy with me is a collaborative process for those who are ready to reflect, grow, and make meaningful shifts. If you already know that therapy is a worthwhile investment and you’re ready to take that next step, I provide a supportive and grounded space for you to explore what's getting in the way and how you want to live moving forward.

Areas I Can Support You With:

  • Life transitions and identity shifts

  • Anxiety and overthinking

  • Low self-esteem and self-doubt

  • Cross-cultural experiences and adjustment

  • Relationship and communication challenges

My Approach is flexible and responsive, shaped by who you are and what you need. I draw from a range of evidence-based and creative therapies—including relational, mindfulness-based, cognitive, somatic, and art-based methods. Whether through reflection, body awareness, or creative expression, our work will follow your pace and be guided by what feels meaningful to you..

Free 15-Minute Consultation

Start your journey with a complimentary 15-minute consultation—no strings attached. We’ll discuss your current challenges, goals, and what you’re looking for in therapy to ensure we’re a good fit. It’s a simple, no-pressure way to explore how we can work together before committing to ongoing sessions.

Individual Therapy

Each session is tailored to your unique needs and lasts approximately 50 minutes. I offer therapy in both Thai and English, and sessions are available online or in person on Thursdays in Carlton.

My standard fee is $135 per session. Reduced rates are available for students or those experiencing financial hardship, please feel free to discuss this with me.

Together, we’ll explore your concerns, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward greater emotional balance.

Thai Peer Support Community

In recognition of my Thai heritage and the unique challenges Thai individuals face while living in Australia, I have created an online peer support community exclusively for Thai speakers. This safe, culturally sensitive space is designed to help overcome language barriers, share experiences, and build a strong sense of belonging while navigating life abroad.

*Please note that this group is focused on peer support and mutual encouragement, with facilitation provided to ensure a respectful environment.
