Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, we explore the why behind what keeps you stuck, not just the behaviour. We gently understand the fears, patterns, and survival instincts that have protected you, and learn how to relate to them differently so you can trust yourself more and feel calmer in your relationships.

Fee: $135 for a 50-minute session

Therapy

Relationships can bring out the very parts of us we try to hide, the self-doubt, the worry, the fear of rejection. In couples therapy, we work with both partners to:

  • break patterns of second-guessing and people-pleasing

  • understand what triggers disconnection

  • strengthen honest communication

  • create more secure emotional presence with each other

I bring an integrative approach that helps you not just resolve conflict, but understand the relational dynamics that keep you stuck.

Fee: $185 for a 90-minute session.
