I’m a psychotherapist based in Melbourne (นักจิตบำบัดคนไทยในออสเตรเลีย), offering in-person and online therapy for people who feel stuck in their head, disconnected from themselves, or want to feel more alive again.

Growing up in Thailand, I was surrounded by a big family and cousins my age. We were always playing. It was just part of life. Looking back, that was when I felt most like myself. Curious, expressive, and alive.

As I got older, life became more structured. I followed the usual path of school, university, and then working in corporate. Everything made sense, but something in me felt quieter.

I eventually made the decision to leave that life and move to Australia to study and become a psychotherapist. It wasn’t easy, but it felt important.

Living here came with a lot of responsibility. Studying, working, visa stress, being far from home, and figuring things out on my own. Without really noticing, I became more serious.

When I first started working as a therapist, I felt like I had to be a certain way. More composed, more put together. I didn’t feel like I could just be myself, and I couldn’t fully explain what was missing.

Through my work as a therapist and my own therapy, I began to reflect on this more deeply. I remember thinking, since when did I become so harsh on myself?

Around that time, the idea of play kept coming back to me quietly.

When I came across the work of Donald Winnicott, something clicked. Play is not about being childish. It is a state of mind. It is where we feel safe enough to be curious, to explore, and to express ourselves.

That understanding stayed with me, and it became the foundation of SoulPlay Therapy.

As a Thai Australian therapist, I offer therapy in both Thai and English. It is important to me that people feel understood not just in language, but in their experience.

I work with people who feel like they’ve become too serious over time, and want to find their way back to themselves.

In our work, we create space to slow down, to explore, and to reconnect with parts of you that might have been pushed aside. Sometimes, that includes moments of play between us. Not to be silly, but to gently explore, feel, and experience something new.

Nothing forced. Just space to be a bit more yourself again.
